Virtual Party FAQ’s

  • Another word for it is Online Party or Video Call. We use Zoom to video call and add everyone to the call via a password secure link. Everyone registered will be able to log in and see the other guests, the instructor, and the demonstration.

  • Virtual parties with a live host are $25 per person for up to 6 people.

    Custom designs are extra.

  • Everyone gets an invitation to the party with all the time/date information as well as a link to join in.

    The invitation includes a supply list and instructions to prep the canvas.

    If you want an even more fun experience, we can ship you all the supplies, for an additional charge.

  • That’s okay! We make it easy. You’ll get a private link to our password protected video call. You don’t need an account to join, but you will need to download the software (Zoom) to your phone or computer.

    You can use the camera on your computer, your phone, or any technology that allows you to see us and us to see you.

    You and your guests will receive a Tech Tip sheet when you sign up.

  • It’s important for the group organizer to decide how what works for the majority of the group. We will send you tips on setting up your party.

    Sometimes, not everyone can make it—just like any party you might throw at home.

    Unfortunately, we are not able to release party recordings. Just like at an in-person party, if someone is unable to come, they miss the party.
